• Corn Heads for Biggest Weekly Loss Since July on Global Supply - Corn fell for a fifth day in Chicago and is set for its biggest weekly loss in six months on concern that rising global supply will increase competition among exporters. Wheat and soybeans also declined. Corn sales from the U.S., the world's biggest grower and exporter, slipped to 327,286 metric tons (26.2 million bushels) in the week to jan. 7, down from 367,734 tons(26.2 million bushels) in the week to jan. 7, down from 364,734 tons a week earlier.
