Outlook- • The market is seen extending Thursday's 1.64% fall as stocks worldwide declined after data showed an unexpected increase in US jobless claims. Also disappinting Spanish bond auction fanned concern some nations will struggle with their budget deficits. The S&P CNX Nifty futures for February 2010 expiry were trading 116.50 points lower in Singapore. • Ranbaxy Laboratories may see action on reports the US Food and Drug Administration has asked it to immediately assess manufacturing practices at its plants that make drugs for the American market. Ranbaxy failed to adequately address the concerns it had raised earlier, FDA letter said.
