Delta Corp touched an intraday high of Rs 46.95 and an intraday low of Rs 45.40. At 09:50 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 46.60, up Rs 1.20, or 2.64%.

The company board has approved Mumbai land sale and the announcement will be done in next couple of days. The land sale will fetch around Rs 250 crore.

The company has declared its first quarter results. The company's Q1 sales were up at Rs 32 crore versus Rs 27 crore, YoY. Its PAT was up at Rs 4.3 crore versus Rs 2.36 crore, YoY.
