Ace India (ACEINDI), formerly known as Ace Intergrated Finance, is engaged in varied activities including leasing, investments, merchant banking and entertainment. Promoted by Ace Laboratories, it was incorporated on Oct. 4, 1993.
The company started with leasing, bill discounting, investment in shares and securities, and providing financial and management consultancy services. It got registered as a category III merchant banker with SEBI and started project preparation and appraisal, arranging project financing and corporate advisory services. It has diversified into the entertainment business. The company is into production, direction, telecast, broadcast, distribution and exhibition of films, TV serials, advertisements, dramas, musical shows, fashion shows, and all related business including sports events and to acquire copyrights, patents, distribution and marketing rights of audio cassettes, video cassettes, compact discs, digital video discs and to run theaters, soap operas, club houses, cinema halls, and other related activities.
The company has produced many albums such as Oie Maa (MC & ACD), Kawaria Gift Le Land (Bhojpuri MC), Club Girls (VCD), Transfusion (MC & ACD) and Dheere Dheere (CD). Some of its projects under production are Ek To Sapney (Movie), Bangla Movie, Hindi Movie, Cool Baby, Kahan Sobhey Bajuband, and Wah Re Leela Dhari to name a few.
