Indo-City Infotech (INDOCITY) is a Mumbai-based provider of information technology (IT) services. It was incorporated on Sep. 22, 1992 as Indo-City Trades & Finance and got its present name on Feb. 15, 2000 on restructuring its business.
The company provides IT solutions to its client including ERP services, e-commerce and internet services, data management, comprehensive systems integration solution in time and attendance, security, CCTV, fire detection and multi-function application based on identification technology.
Some of the projects which the company has completed are Indo-City Super-Pc, Indo-City Professional Series, Indo-City Training Institute and a portal named www.enjoynfun.com.

Indo-City Infotech registered a steep drop of 65.18% in net profit of Rs 0.39 million for the quarter ended December 2007 from a profit of Rs 1.12 million for the quarter ended in December 2006.
It recorded a net income of Rs 19.61 million for the quarter ended December 2007.
Total income rose 1,023.62% to Rs 22.36 million for the quarter ended December 2007 from Rs 1.99 million for the quarter ended December 2006.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 0.04 for the quarter ended December 2007.
Future Plans
The company entered into real estate development. The company decided to develop its existing owned free hold land of the company at Thane, Maharashtra to tap the growing real estate market by constructing a township of approximate 300 bungalows.
