CS Software Enterprise said that the Government of India, Ministry of Company Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh have approved the change in the name of the company from `CS Software Enterprise` to `CSS Technergy ` vide their letter-dated Mar. 12, 2008.

Issue and allot upto 470,000 equity shares of the company of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 55 each (including premium of Rs 45 per share) to the non-promoters.2. Issue and allot upto 480,000 warrants convertible into equity shares of the company of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 55 each (including premium of Rs 45 per share) to the promoter group.
