The ISO 9001:2000 certified company offers products like eGrantsManager for the entire grants process management and educational products. Services include consulting and knowledge management services; RFID-based asset management, material and people; smart card based solutions; GPS/GPRS/GSM based vehicle tracking and detection systems; systems integration, turn key infrastructure build-outs on BOT/BOO basis; ERP project management and implementation services; BI, report net, data warehousing, financial planning, budgeting and consolidation consulting services. Offshore development centers are in USA and India.
In 2007, the company tied up with IBM to provide solutions in the government and education space. It works with central and state governments in India for better implementation of programs like Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) and started with a child-tracking project in Jharkhand. The company has a pact with Center of Higher Learning, U.S.A. for content delivery in the global education space and inked a memorandum of understanding with the Indira Gandhi National Open University for setting up visualization learning centers at IGNOU centers in India.

The company disclosed a phenomenal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2008. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 53.72% to Rs 165.12 million from Rs 107.41 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter surged 73.49% to Rs 899.59 million, while total income for the quarter jumped 73.20% to Rs 900.13 million, when compared with the prior year period. It posted earnings of Rs 1.91 a share during the quarter, registering 26.49% growth over previous year period.
