Genesys International Corporation (GENESYS), incorporated in 1995, is engaged in the business of providing geospatial services. Earlier known as Aeke Trading & Investments, the company got its present name with effect from Nov. 22, 1999. It is headquartered in New York and publicly traded on the Indian stock exchanges.
The ISO 9001:2000 certified company specializes in the generation, manipulation, management, and maintenance of data for GIS and other information management systems, and offers the full range of services necessary for successful geospatial data implementation. These services are provided to various local, state and federal government agencies, large utility companies, and the private sector. Services include data conversion, data migration, data maintenance, application development, photogrammetry, and outsourcing services. Products offered include GenViewer, a multi document interface and LinCompass, which helps create and update data and generates reports.
Over 350 geospatial resources are dedicated to the geo-data conversion market and have completed data conversion projects to systems including Intergraph, AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and others. The company provides data maintenance with digital file updates and related services; offers application development for day-to-day operations; photogrammetry and remote sensing services providing aerial photography and control, aerial triangulation and adjustment, remote sensing, and satellite imaging.
Operations in India are conducted through its production and delivery centers at Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune with offices in Europe and USA. In FY07, the company made strategic investment in Image Intelligence Inc., USA, a property-focused information service company. Subsidiaries include Genesis Net Incorporation, Genesis International (UK), and Aerial Surveyor.
