Indo Texprints (Overseas) (INDTXPR), incorporated on Feb. 10, 1992, is engaged in the business of processing cotton and man-made fabrics.

Located at Faridabad in Haryana, the manufacturing unit has a capacity of manufacturing 60,000 fabrics per day. It undertakes manufacturing for export and on job work basis and has ventured into readymade garments. In April and May of 2007, the company exported garments valued at Rs 8 million to the United Kingdom. It has been suspended from the BSE on account of non compliance with listing agreement clauses.

The registered office is located at Plot No 3, Sector 25, HUDA Industrial Estate, Faridabad-121004, Haryana.

Net sales rose 0.01% to Rs 69.57 million for the quarter ended June 2008 from Rs 69.56 million for the quarter ended June 2007.
