Koa Tools India (KOATOOLS) was incorporated as KTL Industries in 1989. Till 1999 the name of the Company was Koa Tools India Ltd. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to KTL Infosys Ltd with a view to incorporate some new activities in the gamit of services being provided by the company. Thereafter, it further changed its name to KTL Industries Ltd in 2003. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of plastic injection molds & dies and packaging products such as corrugated boxes. The molds made by the company are used for the production of various components of four wheelers, two wheelers, refrigerators, washing machines, electronic items, ..etc. The company is also gaining interest from other sources of income i.e. income from parking. The company has some contract of authorized parking which provides an additional source of income. The registered office of the company is located at Noida in Uttar Pradesh.

Koa Tools India swung to a loss for the quarter ended March, 2007.Net Sales for the quarter declined 3.14% to Rs 4.01 million for the quarter ended March, 2007 from Rs 4.14 million for the quarter ended March, 2006.Total income rose 0.21% to Rs 4.73 million for the quarter ended March, 2007, from Rs 4.72 million for the quarter ended March, 2006.The loss per share of the company stood at Rs 0.01 in the quarter ended March, 2007 .
