NCC Finance (NCCFIN), incorporated on Jun. 20, 1994 as a public limited company, is a software development firm. It is part of the NCC group headed by A.V.S. Raju, which also includes Nagarjuna Construction Company, NCC Power Corporation, NCC Blue Water Products, and an LPG cylinder manufacturing company.
Operating from Hyderabad, the company develops software and provides multimedia, resource mapping, geographic information system, AM/FM, global positioning system and IT-enabled services. In FY07, it exited from the non-banking financial activities and surrendered its license to the Reserve Bank of India.
Consolidating its operations under NCC Softech, the software division of the company, the entire public deposits and loans from banks have been repaid making it debt free. Software clients include Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board, Southern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh, Pay & Accounts Office, Telugu Academy, Commissioner of Industries, Andhra Pradesh State Survey Settlements & Land Records, and Information Technology & Communications Department, all under the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and several others.
