SAAG RR Infra announced that the company incorporated Proteus Energy and QEDi Proteus Energy as its 100% subsidiary for providing consultancy services.The company will hold 51% equity interest in Proteus Energy (PEL) and the remaining 49% stake will be held by Proteus Global Solutions. Further in QEDi Proteus Energy (QEDI Proteus), PEL will hold 50% of the equity interest and the remaining balance stake will be held by QED International (UK) (QEDI UK).

The board of directors of SAAG RR Infra, at its meeting held on Oct. 22, 2007, decided to acquire 60% of the post issue paid up capital of TPS Builders. In effect of this, company acquired 1,897,650 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par. Apart from the investment into equity capital, the company also lent monies secured against the fixed assets of the TPS Builders.
