The ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI level 3 company caters to the pre-press processing needs of the advertising, publishing, printing and packaging industries. In 2005-2006, the company diversified into the geographic information systems and information technology related computer activities. The processing facilities are located at Ahmedabad in Gujarat with a color page makeup electronic pre-press system capable of producing positive and color-proof positives.
The registered office is at Scan House, Behind Town Hall, Ellisbridge Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380006, Gujarat.

Scanpoint Geomatics reported that loss for the quarter ended in September 2008 has narrowed. During the quarter, the loss of the company declined 5.01% to Rs 4.17 million from Rs 4.39 million in the same quarter last year.
Net Sales and total income for the quarter declined 38.55% to Rs 1.02 million from 1.66 million in the same quarter the previous year.
