The company started developing its real estate at its premises in Worli. It holds 17 acres of mill compound in Worli, which translates into a valuation of around Rs 20,000 million based on the market rates in Worli. The Worli land bank is to be developed using the mixed-use concept of retail, residential and commercial projects. The first phase would be to develop the Worli land bank as a residential property with an investment of Rs 4,000 million Land is being bought in areas like Indore and Mysore for further development. Trading in textiles is being continued using its established marketing network.

The registered office is located at Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai-400013.
