The company went public in February 1986 and has been acquired by Balaji Synthetic Sacks.
The company is presently engaged in purchasing textile materials from other companies in and around Mumbai and selling it to wholesalers and retailers from the local markets and suburban regions in and around Mumbai. It conducts business activities mainly in the western suburb of Malad in Mumbai, which is already one of the largest consumer markets. It also gets income from the sale of shares and securities, dividend and interest.
