Earlier known as Cox and Kings Travel and Finance, it got its present name on Apr. 12, 2000 and is a subsidiary of Cox & Kings.
The company owns and operates the 123-room Bogmalo Beach Resort in Goa; the 28-cottage Hotel Aquaserene around the backwaters of Kerala, the 64-executive-room, business-class hotel Benzz Park Tulip in Chennai; a 3-star luxury hotel The Siena Village in Munnar, Kerala, surrounded by plantations and forests; the 14-cottage Green Berg Resort at Idukki in Kerala; Hotel Brookside in Pune; the business-class hotel Hotel Grand Pavilion in Bangalore; and The Chariot Beach Resort at Mahabalipuram in Chennai.
A spectrum of hotel operating and technical services are provided for hotels and resorts including food and beverage operations; hotel and resort operations; sales and marketing of hotels and resorts through dedicated company sales offices and through a strong brand like Cox & Kings; finance, accounting, feasibility and technical studies. The company constantly run promotions across all its hotels and resorts and offers dedicated conference planning services. Sales offices are located in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Pune, New Delhi and Bangalore.
