Advance Multitech (ADVMULT) is engaged in the manufacture and sale of printed blankets, conveyor belts, coated fabrics and rubber sheets. It was incorporated as a private limited company on Apr. 16, 1979 and converted into a public limited company through special resolution on Jun. 29, 1986. Earlier known as Honest Textiles, it got its present name on Jun. 18, 1991. The company is part of the Advance group, which has business activities in rubber, textile weaving, textile processing, rubber and conveyor belts, rubber-coated fabric and rubber sheet, and Indian medicinal and food additive herbs. Advance Petrochemicals, Advance Synthetic Mills, and Advance Impex are other group companies.
The ISO 9001:2000 certified company manufactures printing blankets used in flatbed, rotary and roller-printing machines for textile printing; general purpose, hot material, special application, and fire-retardant conveyor belts; coated and buoyancy fabrics, covers and aprons, fabrics for hospitals and work safety, storage and transportation container fabrics, fluoroelastomer fabrics for protection against chemicals, membrane fabrics, and special fabrics; natural, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, hypalon, silicone, viton and other rubber products.
Fabrics offered by the company find application in the fields of insulation, defence, aviation, marine, offshore and oil fields. Rubber products are used in the sectors of transport, chemical, marine, food, medical, automobile, construction and turnkey projects. In FY07, the company launched special rubber-coated fabrics and conveyer belts. Special products were developed for marine industries, floating roofs for refineries, and special rubber blankets for long-printing machines.
