Philippines-based BPO Kingdom Builders, Inc. (KBI) was recently bought by Allsec Technologies. The agreement involved acquisition of 100 percent of KBI`s shareholdings by the offshore BPO. As a result, a handful of changes have taken place with the company, primarily its name, which is now Allsec Tech, and its location, which is now in 3rd floor of Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. The new facility is being inaugurated on January 25th, 2008.

Allsec Technologies has entered in to an agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding of Kingdom Builders Incorporation, a company in Philippines engaged in the BPO operations. The total cost of acquisition would be around USD 1.5 million.
Future Plans
Allsec Technologies is investing up to $20 million. The company would need anywhere between $10 million and $20 million to implement its three-year expansion plan. It also plans to increase the number of seats to between 2,000 to 3,000 in the next three years.
