Era E-Zone India (ERAFIN), formerly known as Era Financial Services India, is a non-banking financial company having interests in real estate and trading. It was incorporated on Jan. 06, 1993 and got its current name on Sept. 20, 2006.
The company is engaged in hire purchase, leasing, financing services, arranging inter corporate deposits and loans for clients, and undertakes fee-based lease syndication activities. It offers hire purchase financing to industrial houses and partnership concerns. The advisory services include identification of project, finance tie-ups, feasibility analysis, capital structuring, tax and corporate planning, and other related activities.
The company has diversified activities and is involved in trading of fabric and steel and real estate development including multiplexes around the country. It has a group identity in the multiplex and cinemas domain called Grand Pavilion. Superlative Infrastructure, Magad Realtors and Silverline Cinemas are the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.
