The company acquired Disha Technologies in 2004. Disha is a pioneer of the independent test engineering services. Aztec`s product engineering skills coupled with Disha's independent quality engineering will enable the company to deliver unique value to software product companies.

Recent Developments
Aztec recently concluded its IPO in November 2000 through book building route which consisted of book built portion of 58.50 lacs equity shares (oversubscribed 1.5 times) and fixed priced portion of 6.50 lacs equity shares (oversubscribed nearly 1.6 times). The equity shares of Rs. 3 face value was priced at Rs.80 per share. The shares are listed on BSE, NSE and Banglore Stock Exchange.

Aztec Software and Technology Services Ltd announced the launch of J2CS, their application tool that converts Java to C# in April 2002. Aztec indigenously developed J2CS application that is built using Microsoft`s .NET platform. J2CS is a cross-language compiler that seamlessly converts a clients` existing Java Applications to C#.

Aztec Software, on November 7th , 2001, announced that it had formed a joint venture (JV) with Embarcadero Technologies Inc, a leading provider of application and database lifecycle management solutions.

Aztec Software and Technology Services Ltd announced that its delivery centers in Bangalore have been assessed at Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration - Software (CMMI-SW) Ver 1.1 Maturity Level 5 (the highest optimizing level of maturity). The SCAMPI Assessment was conducted by KPMG in February/March 2006 and was led by Mr. K K Raman, certified SEI CMMI lead assessor.

Aztec Software has received the ISO 27001 certification. The ISO 27001 standards are internationally recognized principles governing security and network systems.

The company also has been certified as SEI-CMMi Level 5 assessment.

The company believes that these two certificates will help it to gain higher confidence and comfort from its clients.
