It is part of the Bhoruka group, which has activities spread across power, gas, steel and services, real estate, the preschool chain of Eurokids, and welfare. Bhoruka Power Corporation, Bhuruka Gases, and Bhoruka Park are other group companies.
The company offers stevedoring services at Chennai. It has discontinued the business of refractory manufacturing at Bangalore in FY07 as it was accumulating losses.
