Jhaveri Flexo India (FLEFILWN), formally known as Flexofilm Wraps India, was established in 1986 and is a manufacturer of printed flexible laminated packaging films and pouches and plastic packaging materials.
Its product range includes food grade PVC cling film, LLDPE stretch film, lamination film, masking film, psa tapes, coated surface protection film, flexible laminates, PE/PU foam tapes, ..etc. the company is specialized in customized packaging solutions for personal care, food, beverages, confectionery, biscuits and pharmaceutical, industrial and consumer markets, producing over 900 metric tons per month.
FLEFILWN has two manufacturing units located at Aurangabad in Maharashtra and at Silvassa of the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The company has an installed capacity of 12,640 MTPA. FLEFILWN supplies its products to top global brands such as Nestle, Surf, Club Premiere, Singles, Bru, ..etc.

Jhaveri Flexo India posted a net profit of Rs 15.34 million for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007 on sales of Rs 302.87 million. Total income for the year stood at Rs 304.37 million. During the year, the company posted an EPS of Rs 0.69.

The Company has acquired non-agriculture land admeasuring 2 hectares 66 acres situated at village Luhari of the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli at a consideration of Rs 6 million for its proposed expansion plan.
Future Plans
The company is going through an expansion phase. It has already set up a new manufacturing unit and is going in for major expansion in the value-added segment of secondary packaging. The company is also installing several balancing equipments in order to reach optimum utilization of existing capacities.
