It was incorporated as a private limited company on Jul. 01, 1939 and converted into a public limited company on Nov. 20, 1970. Earlier known as Modern Home Credit & Capital, it got its present name on Jan. 31, 2001.
Services such as retail broking, portfolio management services, mutual fund distribution, equity research, and information services are offered. The company is a member of the National Stock Exchange of India and is also a SEBI registered portfolio manager. Combining an experienced team with in-house research of companies, technical analysis on an on-line basis and experience in dealing in equities and derivatives, it caters to the needs of individual Indian and non-resident Indian (NRI) investors.
