Andhra Cement touched an intraday high of Rs 22 and an intraday low of Rs 20.40. At 10:40 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 20.80, down Rs 1.15, or 5.24%.

The company has approved allotment of shares up to Rs 18.6 crore to HDFC and IDFC.

It was trading with volumes of 97,657 shares. On Friday the share closed down 3.09% or Rs 0.70 at Rs 21.95.
