GMR Infrastructure is looking to list its various holding companies in the energy, airport and roads verticals and first company lined up is energy arm. Group Chief Financial Officer A Subba Rao said the company’s internal accruals were not enough to fund its projects and that it was looking to raise Rs 1,500 crore through the energy listing.

“We have a long-term plan to list the roads and airports verticals too," he said, but added that the airport listing was not likely to happen for at least two years.
