Gujarat Industries Power Co. touched a 52-week high of Rs 117.45. At 1 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 114.60, up Rs 11.60, or 11.26%.

It was trading with volumes of 680,519 shares, compared to its five-day average of 217,132 shares, an increase of 213.41%.

On Friday the share closed down 2.60% or Rs 2.75 at Rs 103.
