BANGALORE: Shares in Mahindra Satyam fell 5 percent early on Friday on concerns over its outlook after investigators said the extent of fraud that had hit Satyam earlier this year could be bigger than revealed.
At 0434 GMT, Mahindra Satyam stock was trading down 2.4 percent at 90.50 rupees in the main Mumbai market that was down 2.3 percent.
A court will begin trials for the multi-billion accounting fraud at Satyam Computer Services in three to four weeks, the Mint newspaper reported on Friday, citing an unnamed official at India's federal investigator.
