UTV Software Communications has announced its second quarter FY10 results. It has reported consolidated net profit at Rs 8.31 crore as against net loss of Rs 23.33 crore (QoQ).

Consolidated net sales increased to Rs 234.52 crore from Rs 86.52 crore (QoQ).
