Allied Digital Services (ADSL) is a leading systems integrator and IT infrastructure management services provider. The company was incorporated on Feb. 10, 1995 as a private limited company and converted into a public limited company on March 31, 2006.
The company operates across a network of 92 locations in 25 states across India. It enables global, large and medium enterprises and service providers to reduce their total cost of ownership using a combination of on-site and remote services, a preferred choice for outsourced technical support for business-to-business, business-to-consumer, e-commerce and corporate internal environments. It seeks to acquire new markets, products and services via strategic acquisitions as well as inorganic growth through cross-selling and up-selling. In addition, growth is achieved through sales, marketing initiatives, and strategic deals with OEMs, technology partners, to offer technology solutions, managed services and professional services to global customers.
Entering into a strategic tie-up with Echelon to foray into intelligent building management and energy management solutions, the focus is to invest in future opportunities by expanding in high potential service lines (TBPO and RMS), profitable complex technology and business solutions. Late in 2007, the company announced the launch of its remote management services consisting of a network operation center (NOC) and security operation center (SOC) at Millennium Business Park in Mahape. These 24X7 facilities will provide proactive protection and risk management for enterprise security and remote network management services to customers round the clock. It has tied up with one of the leading commercial security operations center player e-Cop from Singapore. A winner of the best services company and most comprehensive solution provider award by DQ Channels, it caters to Reliance Industries, British Telecom, and ICICI Bank among other clients.

Allied Digital has launched security compliance monitoring and reporting services to address the growing information security compliance reporting needs for BFSI industry (BASEL2, PCI) by leveraging on the remote security operation centre (SOC) and partnering with CISCO`s Mars technology at its security operation center located in Navi Mumbai.

The company has announced the launch of its remote management services consisting of a network operation centre (NOC) and security operation centre (SOC) at Millennium Business Park, Mahape, STPI. These remote management services are supported by Intel Inc, E-Cop Singapore & HP.
The SOC facility has state-of-the-art Physical Security Systems ranging from Biometric access control, Closed Circuit TV, Fire-detection and Suppression systems. The SOC will provide Proactive Protection and Risk Management for Enterprise Security round the clock to the customers.
The NOC will provide remote network management services to customers. This facility is built around state-of-the-an Network, Sewer and Application management technologies from HP Open view and LANDesk. This service works 24x7 and is staffed with experts having years of experience on desktops, servers, operating systems, messaging, databases, directory servers and backup systems. The NOC service is charged on a monthly pay-as-you-go basis per device. On Aug. 18, 2007, the board of directors decided to shift the registered office of the Company from 375, JSS Road, 5th Floor Vidyut, Mumbai to 3rd Floor, Kimmatrai Building, 77/79, Maharshi Karve Marg, Marine Lines, Mumbai, with effect from August 18, 2007.
Future Plans
The company plans to use the IPO issue proceeds for the following:
Setting up of global service delivery center.
A strategic acquisition.
Setting up new strategic business units.
Meeting working capital requirements.
