Mumbai based Bhageria Dye-Chem (BHAGERIA), incorporated in 1989, is engaged in manufacturing and selling chemicals, dyes and dye intermediates required for dye manufacturers. Other activities involve sourcing and exporting various pharmaceutical products (API and FF), and sourcing of various bulk chemicals. Bhageria Dye-Chem has its plant in Vapi, Gujarat. It started with a capacity of 540 MT per annum and has now expanded to 3,600 MT per annum. Nearly 70% of the production is exported to Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, Germany, USA, and other European and African countries.

Bhageria Dye-Chem registered a 240.83% growth in net profits to Rs 5.76 million for the quarter ended in September 2007 from a profit of Rs 1.69 million for the quarter ended in September 2006.
Net Sales declined 3.91% to Rs 145.32 million for the quarter ended September 2007 from Rs 151.23 million for the quarter ended September 2006.
Total income dropped 3.87% to Rs 145.39 million for the quarter ended September 2007 from Rs 151.24 million for the quarter ended September 2006.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 1.66 in the quarter ended September 2007.
