It went into agreement with Standard Fireworks to acquire 14,700 sq. ft. of land in Thane valued at INR.31.1 million for its project Coral Orchids. The company acquired 12,500 sq. ft. of land valued at INR 4.5 million for its project Coral Gardens in Deolali, Nasik. It went into agreement with Kelani Builders and Developers for 435 sq. m. of prime land valued at INR 19 million for its project Coral Plaza in Chembur, Mumbai. In FY07, the company started construction of the residential-cum-commercial project at Ghodbunder Road, Thane, Maharashtra.

Coral India Finance & Housing registered a 61.33% growth in net profit to Rs 6.89 million for the quarter ended September 2007 from a profit of Rs 4.27 million for the quarter ended September 2006.

Total income rose 75.49% to Rs 11.179 million for the quarter ended September 2007 from Rs 6.37 million for the quarter ended September 2006.
