On Dec. 01, 2006, Ganesh Housing inked an MoU worth Rs 7,000 million for the growth of IT investment in Gujarat.

The company reported sales of Rs 358.91 million for the year 2005-06, whereas, profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 144.72 million.
The company posted a net sales of Rs 257.38 million and profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 89.74 million for the 3 month period ended Dec. 31, 2006 .

The board of directors of the company approved the scheme of amalgamation of Ramasagar Infrastructure, Nachiket Properties, Manjari (Thaltej) Complex, Shaharsh Infrastructure and Ganesh Infrastructure with the company pursuant to the provisions of Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.

The company signed a MoU with Government of Gujarat for development of SMART CITY-Integrated Township at village Godhavi & Garodia, Taluka Sanand District Ahmedabad on about 400 acres of land at an investment of Rs 20 billion.
