The board of directors of Kosian Industries has decided to increase the authorized capital from Rs 60 million to Rs 300 million. The board also decided to increase the borrowing limits to Rs 20 billion.

Future Plans
Kosian Industries decided to raise capital worth of Rs 120 million by way of issuance of either equity shares or warrants. It has also decided to raise funds for the company business.

The company plans to enter the field of manufacturing.
