The company manufactures steel forgings catering mainly to the automotive industry. The manufacturing facility is located at Shimoga in Karnataka with an installed capacity of 1,890 MTPA steel forgings. After paying dues of Bank of India and IDBI, the company has come out of a debt trap, and the net worth has become positive at the end of the financial year 2006-2007.
