DMC International (DMCINTER) is a real estate company. It was incorporated in 1985 and got its current name on Dec. 08, 2006.
The company focuses on eco-friendly real estate development in tier II and tier III cities. It is involved in the development of mini townships, group housing, multiplexes, malls, schools, recreation centers, and other projects. Currently, the company has housing projects like DMC Eden Gardens in Alwar and DMC Green Park in Bhiwadi; plot development at DMC South City in Behror. It has a tie-up with Konichiva, a NRI group from the UK, to identify, acquire and develop land for their projects.
The company has real estate projects for developing 5 million sq. ft. of integrated townships, residential group housing and other residential real estate projects and 2 million sq. ft. of commercial realty projects like multiplexes and IT towers valued at over INR 5,000 million in hand. It has joint venture agreements with SADM Technology, New Delhi for developing approximately 200,000 sq. ft with an IT tower in Haryana and with Heena Developers, a Delhi-based real estate company to develop and market a NRI colony of approximately 35,000 sq. yards in Rajasthan.
Apart from real estate, the company is into the business of extraction and production of bio-fuel through the plantation of jatropha. It has identified 1,000 hectares of waste land in consultation with the Orissa State Government. The Madhya Pradesh state government has agreed to allot 1,000 hectares of waste land to the company for Jatropha plantation.

Financials
DMC International registered a profit of Rs 4.15 million for the quarter ended September 2007. It recorded a net sales of Rs 28.37 million for the quarter. Total income was Rs 28.57 million for the quarter ended September 2007.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 1.08 for the quarter ended September 2007.

Swen Realty & Media, entered into an agreement with Global Infocom to acquire its online portal ``Jaaydaad.com``, a leading real estate network in the country. Swen Realty & Media is proposed to be amalgamated with DMC International pursuant to the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation and reduction of capital of DMC International.

The board of directors of DMC International at its meeting held on Jan. 08, 2008 approved to establish a strategic alliance in Konichiva Builders by picking-up its stake upto 20% equity shares in the company, subject to the approvals, of members of the company and / or any other authorities. Konichiva Builders owns around 50 acres of land in NCR, having potential of Group Housing, Hotels, etc.
