The investors include the proprietary fund of Mr. L.N. Mittal - LNM India Internet Ventures Limited, Transatlantic Corporation Ltd., Farallon Capital Partners L. P. and Infinity Technology Trustee Private Limited.
Indiabulls is essentially engaged in providing financial services in equity, derivatives and debt markets. The company`s other financial services include distributorship of insurance products, mutual fund advisory, depository for listed shares, equity research and other non banking financial services.
Their headquarters are co-located in Mumbai and Delhi. Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd. is listed on the National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange, Luxembourg Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange.

The company reported a phenomenal drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2008. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 65.49% to Rs 362.92 million from Rs 1,051.50 million in the same quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 39.23% to Rs 4,549.04 million, while total income for the quarter rose 39.60% to Rs 4,561.44 million, when compared with the prior year period. The company reported earnings of Rs 1.25 a share during the quarter, registering 65.66% decline over previous year period.
