The company`s main business activities include software development and exports, computer education, multimedia, registrar and share transfer business, assemble, let on hire and otherwise deal in computer hardware, software and firmwares, computer data processing centre etc. PANINDIAC also conducts financial activities with its main thrust on Information Technology.
The company was established under the name Fairdeal Leasing Finance and Investment Company with the objective of carrying out financial activities such as leasing, hire purchase and later expanding into managing public issues mainly in the capacity of Registrar to the Issue and various other financial activities like project financing, leasing, loan syndication and other allied activities and its name was changed to present one in January 1995. Pan India Corporation has acquired PC Point which is a hardware training company. It also has an in-principle agreement with the Datapro group. The PANINDIAC`s registered office is located at New Delhi, India.

The members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Dec. 29, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the change of name of the Company from `SRG Infotec ` to `PAN India Corporation`or any other name as approved by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana and that the name SRG Infotec Ltd wherever it appears in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company be substituted by the new name as approved by the Registrar of Companies, subject to approval of the Central Government.
