Peninsula Land (PLL), formerly known as Morarjee Realties, is the real estate arm of the brand Peninsula. PLL is known for its concept based architectures in the commercial, retail and residential sectors. Some of the company`s real estate projects are Crossroads, CR2, Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Technopark, Peninsula Business Park, Ashok Towers and Ashok Gardens.
Diversifying further its domain, Peninsula is developing 3 special economic zones in Goa. It has been allotted two plots of land spread over 170 acres for the development of biotechnology SEZs and another 30 acres for the development of gems and jewellery SEZ. These plots have been allotted to the company by the government of Goa for the development of infrastructure at different locations in Goa.

Peninsula Land registered a sharp drop in net profits of Rs 335.10 million for the quarter ended March, 2007 from a profit of Rs 395.60 million for the quarter ended March, 2006Net sales for the quarter rose 52.28% to Rs 1,203.80 million for the quarter ended March, 2007 from Rs 790.50 million for the quarter ended March, 2006.Total income for the quarter rose 53.43% to Rs 1,211.8 million for the quarter ended March, 2007 from Rs 789.8 million for the quarter ended March, 2006.The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 8.29 in the quarter ended March, 2007 .
Future Plans
Presently the company is having 20 million sq. ft. area under various stages of planning and development. The company`s strategy is to consolidate its presence in key asset classes such as residential projects, commercial projects, information technology parks, special economic zones and townships. It further looks at increasing company`s presence in key cities in India.
