Fact Enterprise (FACTENT) is involved in construction and development of buildings, shopping complexes, hotels and high class residential, mass housing and township, and has diversified into media and finance. It was incorporated as a private limited company on Mar. 17, 1993 and converted into a public limited company on Feb. 21, 1994. Earlier known as Fact Securities, it got its present name on Aug. 14, 2006. The company is part of the Krishna group, which has business activities in construction, media, agriculture and finance. Krishna Sagar Builders is a group company.
The ISO 9001:2000 certified company has undertaken several big and prestigious projects in and around Mumbai. The current projects include Shastri Nagar CHS, Shastri Nagar, Vishwanjali, Balmiki Nagar, Amrut Nagar, Dave Compound, and Krishna Marvel.
The company has now ventured into In-house film production. Associations with reputed media and production houses like Shubham Audio Visual Lab and others will reduce the risk associated with media industry and will save time and money. It has five films on the floor including Real Story, Mumbaii.com, Mitra, Ehsas and Saloni. It has several projects lined up with major channels and events including major shows lined up in India and abroad.

Fact Enterprise registered a 3,569.52% growth in net profit to Rs 184.21 million for the quarter ended March 2008 from a profit of Rs 5.02 million for the quarter ended March 2007.
Net sales increased 3.62 times to Rs 25.74 million for the quarter ended March 2008 from Rs 7.12 million for the quarter ended March 2007.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 36.49 for the quarter ended March 2008.

Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) has signed an MoU with Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers (RCF) and Australia-based Rapid Building Systems (RBS) for supply of technology, license and critical equipment for manufacturing fibreglass-reinforced gypsum load-bearing wall panels from phosphogypsum. The new plant for producing gypsum-based building materials is to be erected at FACT`s premises at Ambalamedu at a cost of Rs 800 million and is expected to come onstream in May 2009. The plant would produce 14 lakh sq. meters of load-bearing panels per annum and other products like wall plaster and wall putty.
