Anil Modi Oil Industries (ANILMOD) was incorporated in 1974 at Delhi. The main business of the company involves crushing and extraction of oil from oilseeds, ricebran, etc. and trading in all kinds of oils, oil seeds, oil cakes, soyabean seeds, etc. Manufacturing plants of ANILMOD are located at Sunam in Punjab and Pilibhit in Uttar Pradesh. Currently, the company is planning for the amalgamation of J P Management Systems with itself.

Anil Modi Oil Industries registered a 41.60% growth in net profits to Rs 12.39 million for the year ended in March 2008 from a profit of Rs 8.75 million for the year ended in March 2007.

Net Sales rose 21.13% to Rs 1067.60 million for the year ended March 2008 from Rs 881.33 million for the year ended March 2007.

Total income rose 21.24% to Rs 1070.76 million for the year ended March 2008 from Rs 883.14 million for the year ended March 2007.

The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 2.92 in the year ended March 2008.

Anil Modi Oil Industries announced that the company has been amalgamated with JP Management Systems with effect from Jul. 21, 2007. Earlier in 2005, the board of directors of Anil Modi Oil Industries approved the scheme of amalgamation of JP Management Systems with the company.
