Pace Textiles (PACETEXTI), established in 1975, is engaged mainly in textile trading activities. Formerly known as Pace Electronics, it got its present name with effect from Mar. 25, 2008. The company is part of the Pace group which is also into other businesses such as travel, information technology, publicity, fitness and healthcare consulting. Other group divisions include Praxis, Pace Infotech, Pace Fitness, Pace Travels, and an international collaboration for marketing spring mattresses in India.
In February 2008, a running unit for manufacturing shirting and suiting was acquired by the company in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli with three-shift capacities of 3,000 meters of suiting per month and 6,000 meters of shirting per month.
