Ad-Manum was incorporated in 6 May 1986 and is a flagship of Agarwal Group. Ad- Manum was formerly known as Agarwal Warehousing & Leasing. The company operates in two segments, namely, wind mill power generation and Finance. The company has marketing offices at Maharashtra, Gujarat, M.P and Tamilnadu. Vinod Kumar Agarwal is the Managing Director of the Company
In finance segment, the company provides finance to new and old vehicles of HCVs, LCVs, MUVs, cars and three-wheelers too and apart from this it also provides services of hire purchase, investing in bonds, shares, mutual funds and government securities.
It has joint venture with HDFC Bank, for providing various financial services.

AD-Manum Finance registered a steep drop of 65.97% in net profits of Rs 1.31 million for the quarter ended in September 2007 from a profit of Rs 3.85 million for the quarter ended in September 2006.
Net Sales rose 22.10% to Rs 17.79 million for the quarter ended September 2007 from Rs 14.57 million for the quarter ended September 2006.
Total income rose 20.77% to Rs 18.26 million for the quarter ended September 2007, from Rs 15.12 million for the quarter ended September 2006.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 0.44 in the quarter ended September 2007.

Ad-Manum Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has recommend a dividend @ 10% on equity shares for the year ended on March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
