The company`s principal activity is to operate the 250-room super deluxe hotel Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa in Goa. The services include accommodation, food and beverages, wines and liquor, telephone, and transportation facilities. Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa was listed in the Conde Nast Travellers 2004 Hot List, an elite group of 100 new hotels worldwide. The Sereno Spa at the hotel was voted as the world?s Best Spa and Asia`s Finest Spa in the Conde Nast Travellers Readers Award 2006.

As on March 2007, Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa has established itself as the market leader in terms of total revenue and is gradually moving towards occupying the leadership position in terms of revenue market share index (RMSI) by ramping up its occupancy and ARR. It has achieved an average occupancy of 79.79%, and its ARR and RevPar stood at Rs. 7785 and Rs. 6212 respectively. The company continues to invest in the upgradation and enrichment of various components of the hotel. It has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Blue Coast Hospitality as a special purpose vehicle to promote new ventures.

The registered office of the company is located at 263C, Arossim beach, Cansaulim-403712, Goa.
