CCAP (CCAP) is a construction company engaged in infrastructure projects. It was incorporated as a private limited company on May 09, 1972 and converted into a public limited company on Jul. 26, 1990. Earlier known as Central Concrete & Allied Products, it got its present name on Dec. 29, 1997.
The company undertakes and executes multi-dimensional projects involving design and construction in civil, mechanical and electrical engineering. It has executed a number of infrastructure projects like hydraulic structures, public health engineering and mechanical erections, bridges, highways, industrial structures and railway projects in the states of Mizoram, Bihar and West Bengal. Some of their completed projects include the construction of a subway structure through tunneling for Metro Railway, Calcutta from Tollygunge to Kalighat; erection of a sintering plant for Bokaro Steel in Bokaro City; and construction of Howrah side interchange of the second Hooghly Bridge Project.
Current projects under its fold include major bridges, grade separators, robs and rehabilitation of existing bridges in the Siliguri-Islampur section for IRCON International; construction of rural roads in Bihar under Prime Minister`s Gramin Sadak Yojna (PMGSY) under National Hydroelectric Power Corporation; construction of earthwork, blanketing, minor bridges, and other work for the Manderhill-Dumka Broad Gauge Railway Line Project. The company entered into real estate with the construction of a four storied sophisticated office building measuring 12,000 sq. ft. in Kolkata. It has now taken up a project to develop its own land admeasuring approximately 2.33 acres at Barasat close to Kolkata with six residential towers and one commercial block in three phases. Eight MIG five-storied buildings for the Housing Board are also being built.

CCAP registered a profit of Rs 6.14 million for the quarter ended December 2007.
Net sales rose 18.36% to Rs 27.08 million for the quarter ended December 2007 from Rs 22.88 million for the quarter ended December 2006.
Total income rose 101.04% to Rs 46.58 million for the quarter ended December 2007 from Rs 23.17 million for the quarter ended December 2006.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 1.72 for the quarter ended December 2007.
